OVERVIEW
The SISMA Group foray into the Oil
and Gas industry covers the upstream and downstream
activities through its subsidiary SISMA
Enterprise Sdn Bhd. At present, the Group's
upstream activities are mainly providing marine services
for the offshore support activities. Among the vessels
available are: Anchor Handling Tug Supply, Straight
Supply Vessels, Utility boats, Crew boats, Landing
crafts, Accomodation barges and others. SISMA
Enterprise has received its International
Safety Management (ISM) System recognition which is
recognised worldwide for marine operations.
SISMA Enterprise's downstream
activities includes supplying of materials for
maintenance/shutdown projects services. Among the
materials involved are valves, pumps, compressors, pipe
fittings, transformers, lab equipment and many others.
SISMA Enterprise is an agent for many
distinguished brands in the world, providing them a
platform to serve their products in Malaysia. The Group
foresees opportunity for growth and expansion in the
near future, and intends to maximise its activities in
the oil and gas industry.

Sisma Enterprise is also an agent for Malaysia Transformer Manufacturing Sdn Bhd(MTM). Our major clients are the electrical contractors, consultants and oil and gas companies.
