1. Retail Trade/Finance Officer
- Responsibilities
-
To perform day-to-day operational task of retail/trade transaction processing, including liaise with relevant personnel on matters relating to production of monthly bank reconciliations, daily sales report and daily cheque issuance.

Responsible for managing issuance of letter of credit and related activities on end-to-end basis, including need for conversion to trust receipt and utilization of shipping guarantee so as to ensure businesses interests are protected.

Liaise with appointed forwarding agent, LC beneficiary (supplier), and final assignee so as to achieve synchronization in arrival of goods purchased under LC term and in receipt of endorsed full set of LC documents for clearing the cargo containing the goods with minimal warehousing charges.

Responsible for preparing cash-flow projections and their deviation analysis against actual cash-flow.

To handle full set of accounts in a timely manner and other accounting administration activities.
- Requirements
-
Minimum LCCI with 4 years experience or a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree in Accountancy.

Preferably with experience from Retail Trading Sector.

Hands on experience here take priority over qualifications.

Able to perform multi-tasking and work under pressure.
-
Fluent in spoken and written English. Ability to read and speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Able to work beyond normal hours and or long hours to complete assignments when required.
2. Electrical Engineer (Sales) / Civil Engineer (Sales)
- Responsibilities
-
To secure projects either through tenders or prospecting of new clients.
-
Reporting and working closely with Sales Manager to formulate marketing plans in order to achieve sales budget.
-
Responding to customer inquiries and follow up on quotations and tenders.
-
Support technical services such as on site problem identification and provide solutions.
-
To gather market information on competitors and overall market trend.
- Requirements
-
Degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering.
-
2 years site experience in Oil & Gas or Power Generation (e.g. transformers, relays, turbines, and valves).
-
Sales experience is preferred.
-
Possess own car.
3. Company Secretarial cum Personnel Assistant
- Responsibilities
-
Assist the Company Secretary in all aspects of secretarial, personnel and administration duties and functions.
- Requirements
-
Pursuing ICSA or ICSA graduate with at least 1 year working experience.
-
Proficient in spoken and written English is a pre-requisite of this job.
-
Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks with high inter personal skills.
