Sisma can be traced back to 1974 when it was a small trading company. Over the last three decades, the business activities grew and diversified into Strategic Business Units (SBU) within an overall well organized Group.

These SBU's cover Water Treatment, Automotive, Beverage, Retail, with Oil and Gas sector being its infant. The head office is based in the golden oil triangle of Kuala Lumpur, in its own building.

The Group was awarded the pivatisation of two water treatment plants in Peninsular Malaysia and is operating these plants on a 25 year concession since 1989.

The Automotive SBU is a well recognized sole importer and distributor of Jaguar cars, an internationally recognized premier car manufacturer with a showroom in the heart of the Golden Triangle and a number of authorised dealers in the major cities in Malaysia. The Dealership is supported on after sales and support services through a sister company.

The Beverages SBU is the franchise bottler for a number for a number of well known brands, including Pepsi and Kickapoo. They also bottle and distribute their own Brand of drinks that have been a recognised brand in South East Asia for many years.

The Premier Retail SBU is a very well known Group that has a history from the 1920's. The Group's reputation is such that it has been awarded sole distributorships from a number of internationally known manufacturer. The clientele encompasses distinguished achievers, astute businessman, discerning celebrities and a veritable list of the Who's Who of Malaysian high society.

The Group's Oil & Gas SBU covers both Up and Downstream activities. The offshore activities are backed by a number of offshore support vessels and maritime services. This SBU supplies a number of different disciplines to the industry from transformers to valves, pumps and compressors to the maritime industry. The excellent reputation of the segment of the operation is a growth area for the Group.

SISMA Group not only has a rich heritage of being a premier Group in Malaysia but has an enviable reputation of being able to recognize at developing relevant businesses to integrate with the changes of time.
